## What Swarmlabs is

Swarmlabs is a platform for building AI-native companies. Each company runs as a Lab: an independent tenant with its own web address, data, AI agents, knowledge base, and operations. A Master Swarm Agent reads incoming mail and messages, creates tickets, drafts replies and proposes the next step; people approve. Alongside the platform, Swarmlabs offers agentic-readiness services: a 118-check agent-readiness scan, an Agent-Ready Sprint that rebuilds your agent lane (llms.txt, structured data, machine-readable content), and ongoing score monitoring.

## Principles

- EU sovereignty: built in Europe, hosted in Europe, governed by European law. Data, backups and AI processing stay inside EU jurisdiction.
- Approve, do not operate: agents propose by default, people decide. Autonomy is granted per process and every action is auditable.
- Self-hostable under AGPL, or managed on EU infrastructure.
